Former aide and political consultant to President Donald Trump, Roger Stone had his prison sentence commuted by the president.
Roger Stone was one of six Trump aides to be found guilty stemming from Trump 2016 Campaign / Russian ties.
On January 25, 2019, the FBI raided Stone at his Fort Lauderdale, Florida home, arresting him on seven criminal charges of an indictment in the Mueller investigation: one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements, and one count of witness tampering.
The 67-year-old had been due to report to a federal prison in Jesup, Georgia, next Tuesday.
